JOIN OUR DYNAMIC SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Intern to support our Stores and Inventory Operations within a fast-paced hospitality environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory control, receiving procedures, stock management, and inter-departmental coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording deliveries
• Support stock issuing and replenishment processes
• Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliations
• Ensure proper arrangement and housekeeping of stores
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Monitor expiry dates and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
• Support internal departments with timely stock requests
• Observe compliance with hygiene, safety, and storage standards
• Assist in generating basic inventory and stores reports

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in:
  • Procurement & Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics & Warehousing
  • Business Administration
  • Hospitality Management
  • Or related field
• Basic understanding of inventory/stores operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environments
• High Integrity and Attention to detail

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Attachment or prior exposure in hotel stores, restaurants, supermarkets, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with ERP/POS inventory systems
