More than just a training initiative, the Apprentice Program at Tamarind Group serves as a stepping stone to a successful culinary career. Through rigorous mentorship and real-world kitchen experience, participants get hands-on training in fine dining, seafood mastery at Tamarind Mombasa, and open-flame grilling at Carnivore Nairobi.
