This year’s Apprentice Program Cooking Competition was a thrilling showcase of culinary talent, where young chefs competed in a high-stakes challenge, demonstrating their skills in flavor, technique, and presentation. After an intense and competitive showdown, Jones emerged as the winner, solidifying his place among Kenya’s rising culinary stars.
More than just a training initiative, the Apprentice Program at Tamarind Group serves as a stepping stone to a successful culinary career. Through rigorous mentorship and real-world kitchen experience, participants get hands-on training in fine dining, seafood mastery at Tamarind Mombasa, and open-flame grilling at Carnivore Nairobi.
