The Beast of a Feast just met a Beast of the internet!

On January 11, 2026, Nairobi became the epicenter of global digital entertainment as IShowSpeed (Darren Jason Watkins Jr.) touched down in the 254 for his viral “Speed Does Africa” tour. His high energy has been felt across the continent, there was only one place in Kenya that could match his intensity: The Carnivore Restaurant.

With millions of fans glued to his every move, Speed brought energy, chaos, laughter, and pure vibes. Nairobi felt it and Carnivore lived it.

A Meal Fit for a King (or a Speed!

He pulled up to the pits, saw the meat roasting on those giant Massai swords, and you could tell he was ready for the Beast of a Feast experience.

The highlight of the lunch? Speed’s reaction to our most "daring" delicacy. He was absolutely impressed (and maybe a little shocked!) by the Ox Balls, proving he’s got the stomach for the full Carnivore experience. Speed was definitely Beast of a Feast ready!

He was so taken by her name and the classic Carnivore hospitality that it became one of the most heartwarming moments of the stream. In the middle of all the chaos and fans shouting "Speed! Speed!", those genuine connections showed the true spirit of Kenya.

The "Speed Effect" was real. One dedicated fan took the hustle to the next level following Speed all the way to the restaurant on a Boda Boda just to get a glimpse of the star so her son could see his hero.
