We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join our Accounts Department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across various accounting functions while working alongside experienced finance professionals in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and processing financial transactions.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in bank, supplier, and account reconciliations.
• Participate in inventory stock counts and financial verification exercises.
• Support cost control and expense monitoring activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in audit preparations and compliance documentation.
• Perform any other accounting and finance duties assigned by the department.
• Qualifications and Requirements
• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a professional environment.
