We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our sales and brand presence both online and offline. As a small but passionate team at Roast by Carnivore, this role requires someone who can wear multiple hats—excelling in sales, spearheading marketing initiatives, and creating exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies and direct sales efforts.
Sales:
Proactively generate leads, manage inquiries, and convert prospects into loyal customers through direct outreach and relationship building.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and event planners to drive group bookings and private dining sales.
Identify and pursue local partnership opportunities to boost restaurant sales.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement actions to meet and exceed sales targets.
Marketing:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Manage the restaurant’s online presence, including updating and maintaining the website, social media accounts, and third-party listing platforms (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor, food delivery apps).
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and photos, that highlight the unique offerings and experiences at Roast by Carnivore.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional material and advertisements for both print and digital channels.
Customer Engagement:
Serve as an on-the-ground ambassador of the restaurant, interacting with guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve guest satisfaction and refine marketing strategies.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure marketing efforts align with the restaurant's customer service standards.
Degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant sales and marketing role.
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both online and in person.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), basic photography, or video editing.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer loyalty programs.
Knowledge of local market trends in the hospitality industry.
