RESTAURANT MANAGER?

The Carnivore invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the Restaurant Manager position. 

Scope:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing  the day-to-day operations of the Carnivore Restaurant in order to meet business requirements and client’s satisfaction whilst ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.  

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following experience and competencies:

=Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management from an accredited college or university 

=Minimum of 3 years in the position of Food and Beverage Manager in a similar establishment.

=Working knowledge of Micros

=Superior planning and organizational skills

=Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

=Knowledge of a foreign language a plus

Scope:

The Unit Chef is in charge of all the operations, supervision and coordination of daily functions in the three Carnivore outlets, namely  the Main Restaurant, Simba Saloon and Tamarind Kitchens

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following experience and competencies:

=656; Minimum Qualifications of “O” Level and a grade of C-.

=656; Minimum of 5 years in the position of Head Chef in a 5 star establishment.

=656; Experience in handling large functions of 1,000 pax and above

=656; Superior interpersonal and communication skills

=656; Knowledge of the Materials Control system (Preferred)

=656; International work experience (Preferred)

The Carnivore invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the Chief Steward position. 

Scope:

The Chief Steward is responsible to the Unit Chef for the smooth and efficient management of all the Stewarding Department, Operating Equipment, Storage facilities and the general hygiene and upkeep of Main Kitchen, Simba Saloon and Catering Kitchen. He/She supervises the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen areas and catering facilities. In order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following experience and competencies:

=656; Minimum Qualifications of “O” Level and a grade of C-.

=656; Minimum of 3 years in the position of Chief Steward in a similar establishment.

=656; Experience in handling large functions of 1,000 pax and above

=656; Computer literate and knowledge of MC(Materials Control) an added advantage

=656; Knowledge and certification in  HACCP, First Aid and Fire fighting will be valuable.
